1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to France and internationally. Shipping availability and rates are displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- France: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
6. Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at goblack1@outlook.fr within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. GABINEL is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
